Lệnh Rotate là lệnh tương tự lệnh Move, cũng có các tính năng tương tự lệnh Move có các tính năng như lệnh Move . Lệnh Rotate là tập hợp tổng hợp cùa các lệnh Rotate (xoay đối tượng ), Copy ( sao chép) , Stretch ( kéo dãn), Array ( sao chép theo thuộc tính) . Phím tắt là ( Q).
